Our promise to you:  We will always attempt to ship all orders received by 12:00 noon EST the same day.  We guarantee that we will ship your order by the next business day or we will give you $5.00 off your next purchase.  Here is how it works:

• Place your order Monday before 11:59pm EST and it will ship Tuesday or you receive $5.00 off your next order.
• Place your order Tuesday before 11:59pm EST and it will ship Wednesday or you receive $5.00 off your next order.
• Place your order Wednesday before 11:59pm EST and it will ship Thursday or you receive $5.00 off your next order.
• Place your order Thursday before 11:59pm EST and it will ship Friday or you receive $5.00 off your next order.
• Place your order Friday before 11:59pm EST and it will ship Monday or you receive $5.00 off your next order

There are some rules to the program.  They are:

1) We require payment prior to shipping an order.  We will not ship an order until after it is paid for.  If we need to contact you regarding payment for an order, or if payment does not process at the time of checkout, the guarantee will begin from the time and day the funds are collected.

2) If an order is put on hold or delayed for some reason (such as a customer making changes to an order), the shipping guarantee applies from the time the order is updated and set to be fulfilled.

3) Kilns are sent from Skutt.  The kilns are made to order so the shipping guarantee does not apply.

4) Only one $5 store credit will be issued per order.

5) On days our warehouse is closed due to a holiday, this offer will not apply, as we have no control over these factors.
